Breezy Bay sits directly on Island Park Beach in Portsmouth, with steps down to the water and wide views across the Sakonnet River. Mornings bring sunrises over calm, protected water, and evenings end with sunsets from the porch.
Inside, the single-level home is bright and easy to settle into. The updated kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to cook, and the two bedrooms and one and a half baths suit couples, small families or a quiet weekend with friends.
Outside is where most people spend their time. The wraparound porch is made for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at dusk, and the beach is right there for kayaking, paddleboarding or a swim. After a day on the water, the hot tub is the finishing touch.
